You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for your activity and the content you create within SpeakFlow.

• Minimum age: 13 or the age required by your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Comply with export controls and local regulations.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• One person per account; sharing credentials is prohibited.
• We may require email or phone verification to secure access.
• Inactive free accounts may be archived after prior notice.

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Access begins after successful payment.

• Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
• We may offer discounts or coupons that are subject to separate terms.
• All payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new courses if less than 20% completed.

• Refunds are not available for downloadable materials already accessed.
• Chargeback attempts without contacting support may result in account suspension.

Respect coaches and peers. Do not share course materials publicly. Avoid harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized APIs.
• No uploading of malware or infringing content.
• Report abuse through in-app support tools.

All platform content, logos, and interfaces are owned by SpeakFlow or its licensors. Limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use.

User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and process it to deliver the service.

We process data as described in our privacy notices and applicable laws. You can manage certain privacy choices in your account settings.

• Session analytics improve learning outcomes and reliability.
• We honor legal requests consistent with due process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or threats to platform integrity. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Learning outcomes can vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by applicable law of your domicile unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
